With all the hubbub surrounding the cost of World Cup Tickets, transportation to and fro and the almost impossible odds to secure a $50 ticket via Soccer Lottery until tomorrow you might as well enjoy it at one of our local bars and treat it as if you’re watching from abroad! But, I’ll be sure to head to the watch party set up over at Brooklyn Heights or anywhere around the city. The energy will be electric and the communities of all the countries involved will find ways to gather. Here’s the schedule for Group Sage Round 1 for when the US play! Christian Pulisic is the star of the team! If they make it to the Quarter Finals- that would be an amazing feat!
Here is EVERYTHING YOU NEED to know about how to enjoy the World Cup Around The City
Meanwhile, for all you die-hard Arsenal and/or PSG fans, the Champions League final tomorrow will be fun to watch ( 6pmEST) and if you didn’t know, Spike Lee is a huge Arsenal supporter so I’m sure if you head over to his wonderful 40 Acres and A Mule HQ in Fort Greene you’ll be with the Arsenal Army!
Finally, our NY Knicks start the NBA Finals games next Wed June 3rd, so whatever you do make sure you plan your life around these days , nights and weekends!
